The AI Wave in Defence Innovation

This roundtable will present key findings and select research chapters from a forthcoming edited volume, The AI Wave in Defence Innovation, exploring how AI is likely to shape and influence the strategically consequential militaries of the world. Presented by a global team of experts, including co-editor of the volume Michael Raska, Assistant Professor at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Simona Soare, Research Fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), Samuel Bendett, Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses’ Russia Studies Programme, and Wichuta Teeratanabodee, Senior Analyst at RSIS, the roundtable will discuss contending military AI strategies, trajectories, and capabilities of select armies of the European Union/NATO, Russia, and ASEAN.
