Arms Control for the 21st Century

Discussions of military applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning tend to ignore the capabilities these technologies can play for the promotion of humanitarian and human rights objectives, which many military actors are both committed to and active in implementing–from mine action to addressing illicit arms proliferation.
